China Pacific Insurance wins nod Shipping Operations Center facility

China Pacific Insurance (Group) obtained approval from the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) on August 6 to establish an operations center for the shipping industry, reports China Business News, according to an announcement by the CIRC.

According to the announcement, the construction of the operations
center, the first in China, will be completed within six months.
